Do I have to leave Fresha, Timely, or my current booking tool?

Yes. Magic is built to replace the booking system, calendar, client list, messaging, payments, and follow-up tools you are stitching together now. The switch is handled with you, so moving across is not a project you have to figure out alone.

Do I own my client data?

Yes. Your clients, history, notes, preferences, messages, and booking data belong to your business. You stay in control, and your client relationships are not owned by a marketplace.
