For nail salons
Every infill booked before it grows out.
The soak-off is known about before she sits, the station can't be double-booked, and the infill is offered on her own three-week clock rather than a blanket reminder.

Meanwhile, at the table
Week four, no infill booked.
Now it is a new set
Ten minutes of chrome.
Never went on the bill
Thursday, half a column empty.
No offer went out
The questions, the deposit, the repair, the infill.
The soak-off is in the booking before she sits down.
Everything lands in one inbox
- Messages
- Inquiries
Two-way communication - their reply lands back in the same thread, and your answer goes out from it.
Four things that decide whether the day runs.
The slot's real length, the chair, the party of two, and the clock.
The slot
The soak-off is known about first
A service can ask its own questions on the booking page: coming off a previous set, shape, length, an inspo photo. The answers arrive with the booking, so the slot is cut to the work rather than to the price list, and padding either side is held as chair time.
The station
Two pedicure chairs, not four
A pedicure chair or a nail station is a bookable thing in its own right. A slot that would put two clients in one chair is not offered, even when the tech is free, so the online book can't sell a seat the studio doesn't have.
The pair
Two friends, one appointment
Turn on guests for a service and the booking page offers only the times the whole party can be served at once, because that is what a group booking means here. The bookings chain under the person who made them.
The clock
Her three weeks, not everyone's
Timing comes from each client's own gap between visits, so a two-week client and a four-week client are nudged on their own schedules. The message is drafted with two real times in it and waits for you.
The set
Add-ons that sell themselves, infills that come back.

Regulars come back on a clock. Magic watches it.
One BIAB set, from the booking to the next infill.
Every step below is something the product already does.
Magic drafts, you approve
Morning Chloe! Sorry about the break. I can fit a quick repair today at 12:15pm so you're set for Saturday - want me to book it?
Magic drafts, you approve
Hi Maddie! Your BIAB infill is due this week. I've got Tuesday 11am or Wednesday 2pm open - want me to hold one?

The studio
Every set, on a clock.
Style and shape on file
Answers before you ask.
Can the booking page ask about a soak-off before she arrives?
Yes. Each service can carry its own questions - coming off a previous set, shape, length, an inspo photo - and they're answered on the way in, not discovered at the chair. You can pad either side of the service too, held as chair time rather than as a gap anyone can book into.
Can it stop two clients being booked into one pedicure chair?
Yes. A chair, a station or a machine is a bookable thing in its own right, and a slot that would double-book one isn't offered even when the tech is free.
Two friends want to come in together. Does that work?
Yes. Turn guests on for the service and the page only offers times the whole party can be served at once, because everyone in a group is booked at the same time. The bookings chain under whoever made them, and you can cap the party size.
Does it know when each client is due for a fill?
Yes. Timing is per client, based on her own usual gap between visits, not one blanket reminder for the whole book. The draft comes with real openings in it.
What if a client messages at night?
Magic drafts a reply for the morning and waits for your approval, so you can review it over coffee instead of texting back at 11pm.
Can I take a deposit for long sets?
Yes. A deposit is a percentage or a flat amount, and it can apply to everyone, to new clients only, or to clients you've flagged. The booking page shows her what she pays now and what is left for the appointment.
Will my regulars feel chased?
You choose the words and timing for automated reminders. AI follow-up drafts wait for your approval; automations send only when you enable them, by SMS or email.
What does it cost to try?
The move itself is free, and there is no card to get started. For the first 100 businesses, setup and migration are done for you end to end.
A nail book is short jobs, back to back, all day.
The margin is in the slot being the right length and the chair never being sold twice.
A booking link and a group chat
You find out at the chair
The soak-off is a surprise, the pedicure chair is taken, and the fill is remembered when she messages you, which is usually after she has been somewhere else.
Magic
The book already knows
The questions, the padding, the station and her own return gap are held by the booking, so the day arrives the shape you sold it.
For the infill list
Book the infill before it grows out.
Your regulars, their timings and what you did last set come across with you, so the next infill is booked without you chasing it.
Two answers. No card, and nothing moves until you say so.
No hidden charges
One flat price for the whole business. No commission on your bookings, and no extra charge for each person on your team.
No juggling five platforms
Booking, calendar, client records, deposits, payments, messages and follow-ups are one system, not a stack you hold together.
No move to manage
For the first 100 businesses we move your clients, bookings, history and notes across ourselves, free, and check it with you before day one.
