Run it all

Everything a booking app does. Then more.

Bookings, waitlist, payments, the roster and reminders, in one place.

Meanwhile, across four apps

Bookings here, payments there.

Nothing connects

A form reply in your email.

The day's total.

Worked out on paper

From the sofa

The numbers, the bookings and the payments, in one place.

A woman working on a laptop at home

The booking, the invoice, the reply.

The whole day, without four tabs open.

Everything lands in one inbox

  • Email
  • Messages
  • Inquiries

Two-way communication - their reply lands back in the same thread, and your answer goes out from it.

The essentials

The basics are here so Magic can go further.

Booking, money, forms and team admin, all in one place.

Booking

Calendar and online booking

Your services, your availability, your deposit rules. Reminders go out on their own.

Waitlist

A cancellation doesn't stay empty

Everyone waiting for that service, message already written. Pick one and book them in.

Messages

Email and SMS in one thread

Her reply lands back in the same place, next to her record.

Money

Deposits, invoices and no-shows

Deposit at booking, invoice the balance, card on file, and a no-show fee when it's earned.

Team

The roster, the hours and the pay

Shifts, cover, hours clocked, commission and payouts. Everyone sees their own day.

Clients

Their own private link

What's coming up, the proposal to sign, the balance to pay. One page with your name on it.

The point is not more tabs.

The basics disappear into one system. The rest runs on top.

Separate tools

More checking

Calendar here, forms there, messages somewhere else, follow-up in your head.

Magic

One operating layer

The booking, client, payment, and next message stay attached.

A Tuesday, from first message to paid.

A booking tool handles the slot. Magic handles the rest.

The essentials

The business, in one place.

Calendar, payment and notes in sync

Answers before you ask.

Can Magic replace my booking system?

Yes. Booking, calendar, payments, invoicing, and forms are in Magic today, and they stay attached to each client's record.

Do you help me set it up?

Yes. For the first 100 businesses, setup and migration are done for you end to end: services, availability, your client list, and future bookings.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. Everyone gets their own login and their own day. The roster covers shifts, cover and requests, hours are clocked against them, and commission and payouts are worked out per person.

Someone cancels an hour before. What happens to the slot?

The waitlist for that service is right there with the offer message already written. You pick who gets it, send it, and book them in.

Can I charge for no-shows?

Yes, if you keep a card on file for that client. You set the fee, and it is charged when you mark the booking a no-show. Deposits at booking work the same way.

Can clients book online?

Yes. Clients book from your booking page with your real services, availability, and deposit rules, and the booking lands on your calendar.

What does it cost to move?

The move itself is free, and there is no card to get started. You can stop at any time.

One system, from day one

Close the other five tabs.

Bookings, calendar, clients, deposits and payments in one place, set up with you before your first day working out of it.

Two answers. No card, and nothing moves until you say so.

  • No hidden charges

One flat price for the whole business. No commission on your bookings, and no extra charge for each person on your team.

  • No juggling five platforms

Booking, calendar, client records, deposits, payments, messages and follow-ups are one system, not a stack you hold together.

  • No move to manage

For the first 100 businesses we move your clients, bookings, history and notes across ourselves, free, and check it with you before day one.
